Reservation Policy hotel “Business Club”

We accept reservations for accommodation in our hotel "Business Club" with only 100% prepayment.
You will have a successful confirmed reservation after you make an effective payment by bank card. We accept the following types of cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master and Maestro. 
After successful payment you will receive an email from us confirming your reservation. In no other case will we accept or guarantee that you have made a reservation.

You have the right to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival. To receive back the prepaid amount for your reservation, you must send an email to reception at: with full details of the reservation and your request for cancellation. Then you will be refunded the prepaid amount on the card used for the reservation, within 48 hours.

Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00. Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid ID. Citizens of countries of the European Union are accommodated after providing a valid ID card. Citizens from third countries are accommodated after the providing a valid international passport and a valid visa, if this is required according to Bulgarian law. 

Check-out the room is until 12:00 on the day of departure.

Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Violators of this rule will be charged an additional BGN 200 for each established violation of this ban. 

Children Policy
Children of all ages are allowed, if accompanied by a parent.
In this place for accommodation, children under 12 years of age is accommodated without additional payment. Children 12 years of age and older are considered adults and are charged as such.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. 
Guaranteeing a reservation by bank transfer:
The confirmation of a reservation can also be made by bank transfer to the following account:

Our bank account must be credited up to 48 hours before your arrival.  
Subject of transfer: Reservation number, name of the reservation holder.
When we receive a confirmation from our bank that the transfer has been made, then your reservation is confirmed. You will receive an email from us confirming your reservation. In no other case will we accept or guarantee that you have made a reservation. 
Refund period: The refund period is up to 10 working days. All bank charges for the return of funds are at the expense of the client or in accordance with the current policy in the European Union.
